Member of the Association Française de Droit Constitutionnel, member of the World Compliance Association and of the Constitutional Doctoral Committee of the Escuela Libre de Derecho and Analyst. Professional experience in private and public sector regarding Human Rights, Constitutional Justice, Administrative Law, Oil and Gas, Negotiations, Contracts, Real Estate, and other domains. Author of books and articles, mainly related to Constitutional Justice, lecturer in Mexico and France.
